Sorry, but I just can’t take this person seriously:

Like, part of me understands being frustrated, but they are so incredibly ignorant, arrogant and annoying.
That’s the mindset you need to take on the big boys.
You do kinda have to be a special breed to go against a corporation in a court of “law”. Let them cook.
I’m sure Google is being evil here, but it sounds like they just used “empty trash” early and did not wait the full 30 days. The real test would be to wait 31 days, THEN restore the json file.
