So get the surgical repair that is clearly indicated to prevent infection then continue anal sex, but totally could be pregnant if so, sorry
That wasn’t meant to be taken too seriously, lol. I’d guess the odds of enough semen making it through the fistula and then through the normal path to result in a successful conception are… about zero.
