I started in October. I Write (preferably in cursive) 10 things down im grateful for each night b4 bed.
My mood and resiliency id say has improved 25%.
Full Disclosure: I am a horribly biased test patient.

Holy crap the mood tracker has scales now? I thought only the other tracker had scales. Cool.
They take too much space on screen to be nice to use.
They do look very spacy compared to the other buttons.
Yeah, they added scales this year, i believe.
They’re kinda neat but I’m not sure how the data will present long term, yet.
I’m hungry, but it’s 2am and I’m in bed.
