Let me guess, they shot it down.
… read the article. Yeah, they shot it down.
That is 100% what every country needs to be doing. These aren’t mistakes.

Well, they did. That’s why the deodorant is now locked up.

Depends on who he talked to last. Like every other time. It’s all just manipulation of the Presidency. Both foreign and domestic.

I’m inclined to say that her vote wasn’t cast in time, even though it wasn’t her fault.
I’d say the exact opposite. The vote was on April 28th, she mailed her ballot on April 5th and it was returned to her on May 2nd.
She mailed her ballot in 23 days ahead of time. That is more than enough time to ensure your vote will be counted. There’s zero reason to expect your ballot to not be received and counted using the pre-printed label or for it be returned to you more than 3 weeks later.
This isn’t a case of someone sending it a day or two before and standard processing taking it past a deadline.

So 90% of the self-proclaimed “power users”.

Probably the wording in the article that seems to say exactly that?
The Singapore Government’s Factually website states that all goods brought into Singapore are subject to goods and services tax, currently pegged at 9 per cent. However, travellers are granted GST import relief based on the duration of their trip.
Those who have been overseas for 48 hours or more are entitled to GST relief of up to $500. For trips under 48 hours, the value is capped at $100. The GST rate is currently pegged at 9 per cent.
These amounts apply to the total value of goods bought overseas, excluding liquor and tobacco. Any value above the relief limit is taxable, and travellers are required to declare it upon or prior to arrival.
Singapore work permit, employment pass, student pass, dependent pass or long-term pass holders, as well as crew, are not entitled to GST import relief.
The term goods isn’t specified, but could easily be interpreted to mean absolutely anything they want potentially.
They’re the same thing. A small oven heats up faster than a big oven. It’s only faster because it’s 1/10th the size.
Just need another adapter.

Ah, you made the dog whistle connection. That wasn’t supposed to happen, you weren’t supposed to notice that, it was only for them.

Pretty sure most of them by now.
I know Summit, Connect, and Voyager all do. Summit is my primary app.

I would expect by this point after Waymo has been on the road for 7 years… Police should know what the fuck one looks like, especially with the dozen or so very obvious LIDAR sensors all over the thing. And especially since Waymo only operates in a handful of places under special authorization by the State DOT, the police should know what they look like by now, they are not new.
We need to stop giving police the benefit of the doubt for their ignorance. Ignorance of the law isn’t an excuse for regular people, why should we accept that ignorance and poor training is fine for the police?

From my understanding, Waymo operates under special permission from the State’s Department of Transportation. They’re requires to submit even minor traffic incidents that otherwise would be ignored, etc. to the State and a lot of data is collected that is ignored for regular drivers.
If they wanted, they could make whatever changes necessary to handle citations for these vehicles. They just haven’t.

There’s a difference between having guests that are politicians, and politically charged monologues.

Latest target, because Trump groups all late night shows together. Despite Fallon avoiding politics as much as possible, and not going after him at all.

One doesn’t prevent the other. Congress can do more than one fucking thing at a time, despite what they try to make us believe with this type of bullshit.

No, I’m demanding everyone involved be held responsible regardless of the political party, as I said in my comment. But apparently people here seem to not like that idea based on the downvotes.

I mean, yeah in this case that seems to be indicated by the evidence.
I get downvotes yet the responses are agreeing with what I said.
I can only assume that because I called out the Dems for bullshit politicas releasing only certain names and protecting their own, people are assuming I’m trying to make the opposite claim, yet the next 2 sentences prove otherwise.
So they’re not actually reading and comprehending the comment, they’re just reacting to their own assumption of what the rest of my comment must be in their head.
That certainly seems to indicate that people have terrible reading comprehension, vote, and comment without actually reading the comments fully.
So you tell me… if they’re agreeing with my comments, then why the downvotes if not a lack of reading comprehension and impulse control on social media?

Not surprising that people here have terrible reading comprehension and just vote and post knee jerk reactions based on their biases just like everywhere else. Social media was a mistake across the board. It’ll be the downfall of our society.

That’s exactly what I said, idiot.
I can only think that you had a knee-jerk reaction assuming my initial word choice meant something that it clearly didn’t. That reaction is a large part of the problem with online discourse getting nowhere and everyone arguing all the time. You’re arguing with people agreeing with you for no fucking reason because you’re not actually stopping to understand the comments before responding.
They could request a bench trial. No jury, just the judge.
