

Sure, they’re just venting, but I just wanna talk about Linux all day. I’ll listen to their problems, treat them with respect and understanding, but you better believe I will also squeeze in a little special interest sauce on my side of the conversation sandwich.

It’s wild to me how difficult switching can be when so many devices come with Linux and people don’t even think about it.
The Steamdeck is more stable than any windows gaming PC I’ve had; Android phones are rock solid, less prone to issues than a PC; Chromebooks work forever without getting malware, and receive updates for more than a decade; but try to DIY it and you’re in the fire swamp of driver issues.
Have you tried Mint? It usually just works. Atomic distros are also looking pretty promising, they’re so stable and recoverable.
