Yeah, there are niche scenarios where tracking is minimal. But for the majority of phones you can buy, you will be tracked by someone.

There’s not a single phone out there that doesn’t track you. You can only choose who is tracking you.

Gtk2 and Gtk3 is fine outside of gnome. Gtk4 especially with Libadwaita is heavily focused on Gnome.

Statistically woman do so much more care work then men, they already served the country well. There is no need to also draft them. It’s only fair. It would also work if more men would take care of kids, the elderly or do other chores without any pay and skip any career for that.
