What is TVP?

Honestly, I knew it all along.
That was brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed that.
It reminded me I f my own faithful trip to hooters with a friend and his father.
I don’t think I know what was going on there, but I did feel like it was super awkward because they were talking about the waitress like she wasn’t there.
I mostly remember the wings we had were not very good.
Wings should not be battered with cornmeal. Though I don’t eat that much meat anymore.

I liked Beyonce’s version better

I can’t help but feel nervous when world leaders start talking about and confounding Israel/Jewish people, especially with the rise in authoritarian politics.
I don’t think I have a certain fear, but I worry about strong emotions/race/and politicians.
How do you know it’s AI?
Not declined military, but there have been a real significant shift to special forces. I think these groups will still be utilized for foreign industry interest. It’s pretty effective.
Ironically, assuming we don’t destroy our own infrastructure, a modern police state might better fit for the lionshare of US military. Lack of infrastructure and basic services were a huge part of the reconstruction or whatever failing in both states. Plus air superiority just comes free.
Anti-insurgency and occupation are really the only thing the military at large has proved itself capable of supporting.
I don’t think we have the capacity to invade hold, and strip mine Venezuela, but with Europe looking East, I guess we could shift to a wartime economy and make it a project.

I remember running around twenty years ago asking people (generally educated successful people) how they define capitalism.
Most people are not 100% sure, so they usually guess some form of market and blend it with consumerism.
My guess is that most of this came from Mikhail Gorbachev advertising for Pizza Hut.

I’m over here buying a 25 pound bag of rice and trying to master the art of the pot of beans.

They just have so many people. They could replace entire major foreign industries and still have people left over.
Couple that with a government willing to do whatever infrastructure and monitary policy and you end up with a ton of growth.
The US may have just had a corporate takeover and will end probably end up looking more like China or Russia going forward.
There are a lot of natural resources here and if you’re not particularly concerned with the local environment or economy, you could probably get a lot done.
I also can’t imagine a future without China having the largest consumer class going forward and that probably represents a valuable market.
Where do you get roasted chestnuts?

I’m not sure that I remember an internet w/o this image. I’ve just spent the last ten minutes, or so, contemplating the image’s age.
I’m no memologist, but I’m going to say this picture must be mid to late 1990’s
This reads like a koan to me.

The term: “hanging brain” deserves a moment of our respect.

This took me entirely too long.
I think the Cisco logo is basically background noise.
I read this like three times:
Wait, what? Wait, what was it? Oh, I get it.

I really hope that there can be some sort of coalition for peace and recovery among the various Syrian forces now that Assad is out of power.
Ugh
