    having jaws that are too strong sucks. i chewed gum for years to be able to focus, and now i have constant headaches, no enamel on my teeth, and wake up with blood in my mouth whenever i forget my guard thing.

      Has you doctor or dentist taught you how to massage the TMJ by chance?

      It’s not a silver bullet, but it stops a lot of headaches in their tracks for me. Sorry if you’re already well aware; just tossing it out in case it helps :).

        not specifically but i have gotten many muscle relaxing techniques to try as well as self-ekperimentation, and i went as far as getting botox injections to dissolve the muscle fibers but nothing happened.

          I had the same issue. For me I got orthodontic work done so my teeth sit differently, which helped a huge amount. Didn’t fix it, but I can relax my jaw sometimes now.
