EDIT: Okay that was a but dismissive, sorry. The second one is particularly worrying, I’ve seen it before.
I see it as a process being abused so heavily because there is lack of interest in it and it is hidden away. Can always be made better, which will probably happen if awareness and engagement with it is increased.
