    The new far far right party is winning opinion polls by a mile. The 2 main parties are rushing to the right to try to compete. The other left party (Lib Dems) have long been recovering from supporting the Conservative party. Greens are the only reasonable option remaining for a lot of people who don’t want to support the right.

    This isn’t good news. The situation is dire and this country’s majority supports the far right. But yeah, at least it isn’t a 2 party “love it or shove it” type of situation.

      I agree with most of your points, but I wanted to point out that reform is not the majority of voters, only the largest block. In previous elections the majority of votes were cast for left leaning candidates, but First Past the Post meant they were under represented on Parliament.
