TEHRAN, Oct. 25 (MNA) – Russia's permanent representative to the Vienna-based International Organizations, Mikhail Ulyanov, says that the United States and the Israeli regime have caused the current situation regarding the Iranian nuclear issue.

I can’t even be mad if this IAEA will-they-or-won’t-they stuff was at the behest of Russia so they could make more lawyerly diplomatic statements to prove a point that won’t matter until the rules based international order is overturned in decades.
