They want to turn Reddit into a rightwing echo chamber. Lately there are so many comments on lemmy about people getting perma banned, including myself, for breaking rule 1. However in most cases, like myself, only made a comment without any harm or even a reference to violence. I only commented that ICE can forget about their payments and bonuses and that in 3 years time, they’ll be sucking immigrant cock behind a Wendy’s. That got me a perma ban after 15 years on Reddit. All these tech bros are bending the knee and getting taken from behind. Such short term thinking will become their downfall. If this happens, it’ll be a good thing for Lemmy.
2·3 days agoChina will not be impacted that much as you think. China is much more oil independent than before. Unlike the US, China invests heavily in green energy and nuclear energy. The only country that is behind in all of this, it’s the US.

My question is which allies? Europe is not an ally, China is not an ally. UK is not an ally, Middle East is not an ally except Israel and UAE. So who is he even talking about?
Indeed they do but in other countries there are mechanisms in place to ensure you don’t get a cosplay dictator. In the Netherlands, Wilders was elected who is a Trump wannabe, but thanks for the proper democratic system in the Netherlands, he was severely limited in what crazy shit he wanted to do. Obviously the government collapsed and now they have a much more middle of the road government, which means more will get done. It is about checks and balances but Trump does whatever he wants and no one stops him.

In regards to the world, you lost all respect and trust that took 80 years to built. If any other foreign leader would use this language, he would be in a white padded cell within hours.
Good thing the US left the WHO. Another brilliant move by the regime. And don’t come crawling back. The rest of the world will prepare for this disaster initiated by the US as ordered by Israel. The whole situation is just so vile.
China is just sitting back and watch this mess unfold. Of course there was zero chance of China helping the US. If anything it is strengthening the CCP position at home where the US turns the world is in chaos, but China remains stable and turned inward. The Chinese people mostly care about stability and safety. It’s all playing in China’s hands.
Cuba has the same condition.
Maybe FIFA can step in with the ‘straight out of Hormuz’ award. Also does anyone seriously think that China will assist the US after the way they have been and still are being treated?
Maybe if you don’t invade every country with oil and behave like a decent nation, you may get a pass too.
