Xbox does not have any unique rights to the ABXY button layout nor the green, red, blue, yellow of them, so anyone is free to do what they like with those buttons and Xbox has no right to sue them. This is unlike PlayStation, who have given themselves rights over the Cross, Circle, Square, Triangle buttons.

I don’t know why, exactly. Nintendo used ABXY before Xbox did. My guess would be that Nintendo couldn’t simply copyright letters, so Xbox was able to freely copy it.

If you twisted a gear connected with a physical scrollbar clockwise, the scrollbar would move down. So think of the touchpad like a gear. Pretty on-theme with Steam lol.

Oof. Unless that’s the only Switch game you play, you are going to have a hard time realising that Switch emulation isn’t far developed enough yet for you to play a lot of your games without issues and just throw away your real Switch. Plus, Nintendo’s takedowns of Yuzu and Ryujinx last year massively slowed down development.
