I would guess theres a way to create a VLAN that blocks internet access but allows local traffic. Though you would need more advanced networking equipment and knowhow to do it.

Although obviously, straight people can make things for lesbians/lesbians can use things made by straight people (and they often do!)

Also technically, gay people can marry someone of the opposite gender and have kids with them (and they sometimes do!)
